James in the UK is always finding coins in the Coinstar machine. My son is always looking for coins too.
This is our find a couple of days ago.
Yesterday we found some money too but I didn’t take a picture of that. This post is for you James.

I have a piece of plastic, I placed it over a red bucket and put the coins on the plastic.

That seems to be the norm… the dirtier and bent they are, the more likley to be rejected and then abandonded…
