There is nothing on TV to watch. All the shows are awful and I hate football. I am reduced to watching shows like Inside Edition. It is a gossip show. I settle in to watch it and the local station took over the TV the other day with their special showing of the Dedication for Smokey Mountains National Park being open for 75 years. I don’t know why they had to waste money to rededicate it. Dolly Pardon sang a song about her mountains. Here is a video I made of her singing. These mountains are close to where I live, about 40 minutes away. You can see Dolly singing here. I stopped watching the show after that, they started having a lot of speeches.
I also recorded 8 hours worth of shows by Stephen King called Golden Years. It was made 18 years ago. I watched all the shows and it was a total waste of time. I might try to find the book though.
I have another “Stuck on Stupid” photo today. I didn’t think I would get one so quick…..but I did. We were in traffic and this car was beside us. There were two guys in the car and my son said “Those two guys are drinking beer.” We were waiting for the red light. The back of the guys car had a lot of beer boxes in the back seat. I put my camera up to take a picture. You can see in the picture that the passenger seat guy was looking at me. I tried to get one of them drinking the beer, but they didn’t drink it again. Then the driver turned and looked at me and stuck out his tongue. I wish I had gotten that picture. They were drinking and driving and looks like they had plenty in the back to keep them full. You can see me in my rear view mirror.
We had another Coinstar find. My son found a bent quarter. It is really bent. I wonder what they did to bend it? I took two pictures of it, one from the side and one flat.
I put it on clay to hold it up.
My son chose the gold C3po to be in the picture. We got that in one of his Lego toys last year. It is a collectors item and they are selling for $250 each on the internet. They are rare. He said he will never sell his or part with it.
It is not real gold, but Lego did give away real gold ones, we didn’t win the real gold one.
Like the find. I too, can never understand how people bend their coins like this. Strange, isn’t it?
I’d love to have a solid gold “two by four” Lego brick key ring, myself.

I meant to tell you, here in TX it is said that 1 in 4 on the road is driving intoxicated. Or, maybe it was just a particular county. Kind of crazy, when you think about it…but it explains the bad drivers.
