Weekly photo challenge: Textured

The weekly photo challenge is Textured.

This texture is wet and bubbly as the water comes out of the faucet, over flowing the top of the container.

This texture is sandy, gritty, tiny pieces of shells that have been ground down from the pounding of the ocean waves.

This is the stem of a mushroom. It was strange, it was smooth but it felt like styrofoam and was hollow inside.

My last picture is kind of gross.

This is a tomato worm and it has wasp eggs all over it. The texture of them looks like spun cotton and the worm has these spikes all over it.

I love to make videos, cooking ones and legos ones. I like to draw and paint and make crafts and read blogs. I have a Nikon D80. I also use my new Canon Rebel. I don't really notice not much difference in pictures between the Nikon D80 but I bought for the video use. You can not use Nikon to make a video, it is not on the camera.

  1. I especially like the tomato worm photo. I grew up on a farm where we raised many acres of tomatoes. Seeing these worms (and leafless plants!) was a frequent sight. I’ve never seen one with eggs on its back. Very cool!
