More wild horse pictures

One day, I saw two groups of wild horses, standing in this big field, beside our houses. I stopped my car and walked over to the field to look at all the wonderful horses. There was the group of brown horses, standing on one side of the field. Their brown leader stallion was standing there, watching over them.

The black stallion was the leader of the heard of all colors. His heard was bigger. Every once in a while the black horse would charge over to the brown leader and they would circle each other and snort and stomp their feet and look at each other. Then the black one would move away and stand there and watch the other one.

The horses of all colors, brown, white, and black and cream color, all walked over to the fence to look at me.

These two colts were playing. They would jump and run circles around each other. They were so cute.

The black stallion walked up and looked at me once.

He looked all dusty up close. They all walked away from the fence and went over to the middle of the field. They are so beautiful and wonderful. The BLM are rounding them up. Go here to sign a petiton to stop them from being sold to slaughter houses.

Sign the petition here. I did.

They are so beautiful.

I love to make videos, cooking ones and legos ones. I like to draw and paint and make crafts and read blogs. I have a Nikon D80. I also use my new Canon Rebel. I don't really notice not much difference in pictures between the Nikon D80 but I bought for the video use. You can not use Nikon to make a video, it is not on the camera.

  1. I love the first one.

Does anyone know what they do with the slaughtered horses? I grew up on a farm and i know it’s expensive to despose of the bodies of animals correctly. I don’t understand why they are doing this. Do people in the US eat horse meat?

They are so beautiful It’s hard to understand why anyone would want to harm them

  2. I’m sorry I left my comment about your horse pictures in the wrong spot. I asked: “How is it that you have horses grazing in what looks to be suburbia” and you said “Wild horses walk around the street a lot around here.” I might have missed it but I didn’t see where “here” was.

I have a post about horses too, btw.

I’m not quite as animal savvy as you probably are.

    1. I used my Nikon D80 camera on these photos. When the horses come by at the house, I just run in and grab my little camera. The Nikon takes nicer pictures, but it is heavy and I don’t like taking it with me when I walk around, unless I was great pictures. My Nikon locks up a lot too. I go to take a picture and it won’t take one. When you think you have a great picture, sometimes it won’t work.
