Weekly photo challenge: Scale

The Weekly photo challenge is SCALE.

The first  picture is cream size. I went to Costco and bought a big jar of face cream, Elizabeth Arden Visible difference. That stuff is amazing. I have been using it for 2 days and it makes my skin so soft. I went to Sephora at JC Penney store yesterday to get some eye primer. They showed me this tiny tube of it. I don’t even think it has an ounce of cream in it. I have not used it yet but they raved about how great it is. The Costco cream was $20, the tiny tube of cream was $24.

While I was in that Sephora makeup place they showed me a brush to put on my makeup with. It is so soft and nice, so I bought it too. My husband came in and said he would take me to Harbor Freight store and I could get a brush cheap to put my makeup on with. I did go to the 99 cent store and buy a brush for 99 cent but it is not the same. The black brush is the Sephora brush, the small grey brush is like 20 cents from the 99 cent store. It came in a pack of 5 different brushes. I have not used it yet but it is probably crappy.

I do like the little dish that I also got at the 99 cent store. I put my lipstick in it.

My husband said “Do you have a boyfriend?”, because I bought some makeup. I don’t go anywhere without him, how could I have a boyfriend. I just wanted to try to look nice sometimes.

  1. I was at Dollar tree yesterday and saw small paint brushes there. I thought about getting one to use for makeup but I got a bag of makeup sponge wedges. They were a dollar. I looked on Amazon and they have a teardrop shaped small sponge for $28 for makeup. A sponge, …..that is just wrong.
